We at Attendo are now looking for a registered nurse for our facility Spadvägen in Älvsjö. Attendo Spadvägen is a residential care home with a focus on Culture & Entertainment. The facility has 74 apartments distributed across five units. Here, nursing staff work around the clock together with group leaders, nurses during the day, a mobile nursing team during evenings/nights/weekends, and a rehab team on-site five days a week. We work in teams to create a secure and stimulating care environment.

About the role
As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions on actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include offering good palliative care. The transition to "Near Care" means that more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the facility. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to strengthen the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management
• Work in national quality registers
• Mentoring nursing staff
• Care responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for our residents together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse
• At least two years of professional experience, preferably within elderly care
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
• Class B driver's license

Merits if you also have:

• Experience from working in private care operations
• Experience in mentoring
• Education in geriatrics or district nursing
